I am Chris Ota, an independent freelance Hawaii designer whose primary focus is on web & interface design. I am also an experienced videographer, multimedia and graphic artist. I graduated from Kapiolani Community College in Honolulu, Hawaii, with a degree in Interface Design. The Interface Design Degree requires general knowledge in areas such as web design, interface design, HTML/CSS programming, digital multimedia, information architecture, corporate identity, and motion graphic design.
In addition to my education, I have been designing for such companies as Empowered Internet Solutions, Bigger Bird and Digital Mediums. I am currently employed full-time at Ikayzo, Inc.. I have also worked for a wedding videography company in which my skills and technical execution have lengthened my experience. Working for many companies has not only expanded my interaction with clientele, but it has also helped me work at a faster pace. My goal is deliver something that is pixel perfect.
